We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cashflow Canvas™ products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at helpdesk@nailthenumbers.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue and photos showing the damage or defect. We’ll arrange a replacement or otherwise make it right at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, quality and inventory reasons, products that have been used, written on, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Custom, personalized or specially produced orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Email helpdesk@nailthenumbers.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We’ll respond within two business days with return instructions.
Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from our team.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that cannot be tracked.
If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Nail The Numbers, Inc. will cover the cost of the replacement or return, where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned products have been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
