The Cashflow Canvas is a fun and creative financial framework for startups. It emboldens you to invent, design, challenge, describe and pivot your business's profit model.

THE CASHFLOW CANVASTM

The most fun you'll ever have

with financials.

Making Finance Fun

Creating financial projections for a new venture can be a daunting experience, even for the seasoned entrepreneur. Modeled after the immensely popular Business Model Canvas, Nail the Numbers Creator and Chair, Taunya Woods Richardson has designed a fun and creative way for you to nail your revenue streams, price points and expenses, all before you even touch an Excel document. Like any true artist, the Cashflow Canvas emboldens you to challenge your beliefs and push through convention and limitation by exploring every possible path to profitability.

SMART THINKING: Start off with an idea you know to be financially viable, before you delve into the business plan.

Numbers You Can Bank On

Knowing what it takes to stay on top of the numbers, not to mention, land a round of capital, Taunya has created a simple-to-maneuver Cashflow Forecast Template for you to enter the data you've created using your Cashflow Canvas. The excel template comes complete with corresponding icons and colour coded legends showing you exactly where to enter information. With formulas already calculated, the template shows you exactly how your numbers add up, and your time to profitability in a format lenders are accustomed to.

SMART THINKING: Have enough money in the bank to get you to cashflow positive.

Startups, We've Got Your Back

The only thing left to do is to get started, but don't worry, we'll be with you every step of the way. Download the Cashflow Canvas and review the step-by-step Playbook to make the most of the experience. If you're looking to master the Cashflow Canvas and Forecast, sign up for the Online Cashflow Mastery Course being offered in 2018. Or if you prefer, check out and sign up for an upcoming Bootcamp in your neighbourhood.

SMART THINKING: Take consistent action on your finances and surround yourself with support to see it through.
